How have you achieved success?
We have seen extensive growth since the company’s inception. We are based out of Miami, Florida, so naturally, there are a lot of real estate professionals here looking to make qualified leads. However, alongside a very consistent market for buying and selling, we have also generated a loyal customer base and have established working relationships with many individuals in the area. Our comprehensive software allows clients to connect with buyers and produce qualified appointments.
What obstacles have you overcome in the process?
The real estate market, or industry in general, is highly competitive. When first setting out, we needed to separate ourselves from the competition, and over the last few years we have established ourselves as a reputable source for real estate professionals. It’s taken a while to get our name out there, but now that we have, clients feel comfortable coming to us with their marketing needs.
What drives you to succeed?
I would have to say the knowledge that we are helping individuals who are passionate about what they do, generate success, and connect with potential clients. We have developed a reliable system that uses qualification applications and automation to take the guesswork out of marketing.
How has your definition of success changed over the years?
When we first entered the industry, our primary concern was developing software that could produce long-term results. We wanted to step away from door-knocking, calling FSBOs/expired listings, and intrusive social ads. We wanted to provide our clients with technology that is quick, easy, and produces optimal results. Now, having garnered extensive success, we are always looking for ways to improve. We have regular team meetings and conduct surveys to ensure that we are always on pace with industry trends.
What has success meant to you?
There are many different ways to measure success, but I think for me, and the company in general, we have appreciated the journey to get to where we are today. We value open communication and work collaboratively to provide clients with outstanding products and services. We have worked with numerous industry leaders including Hometrust Mortgage, Compass Mortgage, Keystone, and more.
Do you have advice for others on how to be successful?
This is always a difficult question to answer because success can look and feel different to everyone. However, I think those wanting to get their name out there, should consider looking into mentors, or attending networking events. Taking the time to connect with other experienced professionals is always a good idea.
