How have you achieved success?
Through hard work and perseverance, not listening to the negativity and not taking no for an answer.
What obstacles have you overcome in the process?
Losing everything on more than one occasion; it’s not about getting knocked down, it’s whether or not you can get back up.
What drives you to succeed?
Helping others. It gives me great joy and satisfaction to help others succeed and reach their potential.
How has your definition of success changed over the years?
Early on I measured it by financial worth or material possessions, now I measure it by the amount of friends I have, and by that gauge I consider myself successful.
What has success meant to you?
It has taught me that the journey is so much more important than the finish line; a person can set all these goals, financial or otherwise, only to find that when you achieve these goals, it’s really no big deal, what is important is the journey, helping those along the way, sometimes getting help from others.
